Registration is Online! Before you sit down to register your student for the upcoming school year, here is a list of documents to gather and prepare to upload in PowerSchool Express:

Document to provide for Household & Income Form (upload one of the following)

• 2 most recent paycheck stubs (not to exceed 30 days)
• Filed Income Tax Return
• Unemployment statement
• Social Security statement
• Current DHS benefit

Documents to provide for Proof of Residency

• A mortgage bill, real estate tax bill, or signed/notarized lease agreement
• 2 recent utility bills (water, gas, electric, etc.) in the name of the parent/guardian at that address
• A parent/guardian driver’s license or State of Illinois ID with the current address listed

Documents to provide for Incoming Freshman

• Copy of student’s birth certificate
• Copy of the student’s 8^th grade diploma when issued
• Physical forms and immunization records
