With the committee in place to assist with the search for the new principal, their first step is to develop a leadership profile to ensure the next principal is well positioned to interface with the entire school community. This step requires the involvement of our staff, faculty as well as community members. We will accomplish this with the following:

Open Forum – In addition to the many meetings the Principal Selection Committee will hold, there will be a Principal Search Forum for all staff, faculty and community members to attend and dialogue with the final candidates for the position prior to the formal recommendation of the next principal at the July 13 regular Board of Education meeting at Thornwood High School. The forum will be held on Thursday, July 7, 6:00 p.m., Thornridge High School Auditorium
