Greetings from the Parent Advisory Committee and the Booster ClubThe Thornton Township High School (TTHS) Parent Advisory Committee is a group of parents, teachers and students that meet once a month to discuss issues affecting TTHS and our students. The role of this group is to advise school staff on the operations of our school, to assist our school in problem solving, and to assist our school in future planning needs. We also help with activities sponsored by TTHS’s various school groups.
The Booster Club is a group of parents, alumni and community residents who work to raise money for the Athletic Department. They work the concession stand at athletic events and the Parent Advisory Council volunteers its services.
All TTHS parents are invited to attend any meeting -- you don't have to be a member! Your questions and input would be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to attend a meeting, feel free to contact one of the members of the Advisory Council and they will share your input.
Please contact Lynette Mayberry if you are interested in attending a Parent Advisory Committee meeting or would like to help the committee.
