Thornwood High School

District 205 is organized into smaller learning communities.  The 9th grade students are asked to select an Upper Level House of Excellence for grades 10 through 12.  This choice is based on the student’s interest.  The Upper Level House of Excellence will provide personalization and focused teaching and learning.  The Upper Level Houses of Excellence are:

·        Arts & Communication

·        Business, Engineering, National Resources, and Technology (BENT)

·        Health & Human Services
