Speech Pathologists

  • Speech-language pathologists provide assessment and intervention for students identified as having communication disorders. Additionally, they promote the development and improvement of functional communication skills for students with communication and swallowing disabilities.  Finally, they provide support in the general educational environment for students with communication handicaps to facilitate their successful participation, socialization, and learning.
