District 205 Benefits You!

  • Thornton Township High School District 205 offers a wide range of benefits to our employees. From insurance for life events such as a birth if a child, marriage, and divorce, to loss of one's insurance. District 205 covers it all. In order to receive these benefits, employees must be in a full-time position and follow deadlines to ensure that they are covered in a timely manner. To make sure your life events are covered, employees must submit the Insurance Life Event Changes form within Frontline Central to the HR department within 30 days of the life event. If the deadline is missed, employees will have to wait until open enrollment in August, with an effective date of October 1st.
